All chessboards and accessory manufactured and sold by Inventhio Srl a company registered in Italy at Via A. Pacinotti, 43 40141 Bologna (BO) are supplied with 2 years warranty to consumer customer and is Non transferable with original customer only. The warranty is 1 year for business customers.
Customer has rights to return goods without giving any reason within 14 days from purchase and full refund will be given including the original shipping costs. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and returned in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any customer wishing to return unused new sealed goods for a refund after 14 days but within 30 days from date of purchase please note there is a 20% restocking fee. No return is possible after 30 days from purchase day.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and must be authorised with an RMA number
If a fault arises in first 30 days that cannot be resolved easily we will provide collect with our courier and replace the hardware, for the balance of the 2 year (1 year for business customers) warranty we supply parts and you fit them. If you want to upgrade to a whatever happens warranty we will collect and replace your machine old for new.
We are happy to carry out service repairs for your chessboard during warranty period.
Any hardware that has any physical customer modification on it or firmware will invalidate any warranty from Inventhio Srl.
Please note; no refunds are applicable to any software.
All returns must be authorised with an official RMA number prior to shipping, unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and goods in transit insurance, no refunds on shipping are applicable. Inventhio Srl cannot be held responsible for products that arrive back damaged due to products not being shipped back in original packaging. Items purchased within 30 days deemed faulty will be exchanged like for like, any item that is faulty after 30 days is covered under manufacturer warranty to be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer discretion.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Exchanges (if applicable) We do not replace items if they are customer damaged.
To return your product, you should first contact us and get your return authorised with an RMA number. You should then mail your product to the address provided by Inventhio Srl on RMA module.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over 50 euro you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Items outside Warranty period
Items outside warranty period can be returned at any time previously contacting us at email@example.com stating nature of the problem, we will evaluate the necessary intervention and we will communicate the required activity to customer who can decide to proceed or not Parts will be invoiced and labour will be charged at 35€ per hour outside warranty period as well as all necessary costs for returning the goods to the customer.
