The new release 2.90 has been put on our website. In download area you will find already the PC version 64 bit and image for Pi.
The Pc 32bit version, Mac and Unix are being compiled now and will be uploaded in next days. In this new version we added support for any polyglot openings book and we added an interesting possibility to launch the software with some option.
Simply add the book in the books directory and you will find in the menu for selection after clicking on books option.
In main installation directory you will also find Deep_Engine_Searching_Mode.bat file. Double click on that batch file will launch the software with settable max searching depth. By default is set @ 50 but you can put any value you can easily change it opening the file with any text editor and change this value them save and double click again. Then in the GUI you may set any value between 1 and the target value you set. This will let the PC to search the best move very deeply. Conversely it can take very long computation time. We expected to integrate also some analysis features but this has required more testing so will keep for next release.... but those past weeks we have been working on very cool developments on new software which we will be release in next days...... 🙂
