Occasional loss/ghosting on specific squares

Hi,

Is it possible or normal, that regularly a piece very briefly vanishes from the board in the PC application although we did not touch the actual piece?

From the starting position a bishop regularly flashes away and back, also sometimes causing its led to light up. It is present most of the time on screen though.

As long as the software handles that I see no issue (I had no problem in a game vs engine using Certabo 3.5), except that in the mobile app (especially Aart Bik's Chess for Android) it causes the game to glitch sometimes.

I use the electronic chess pieces. I tested with the RFID chips, also swapping "pieces" (chips) out, the issue is with the square, not the piece.

Hello Gerald

Thank you for your post normally you can see flashing piece if it is may be too offset from center, then the leds will flash to advice its not there.

Anyhow if the piece is centered and there it shall show in the software, ok if it you swap the piece and also make the same beahviour with chips there yes maybe something iusse with square as it must show pieces correctly.

I will pm you to deep the issue
