question for Nano E-paper

The chess engine used by Nano E-paper is Maia.

According to Maia web site, its strength has 9 levels (from 1100 (ELO) , 1200, 1300, ... to 1900).

[ Each level has its own weight file. ]

Nano E-paper can set 3 levels of difficulty.

I am wondering if Easy level corresponds to 1100 (ELO) and the medium 1500, and Hard 1900 ?

Hello Hp

Yes that is correct but now the elo network is set to 1700 and different  levels set depth different depth of search.

This looked good compromise setting an average stength network changing its strength by depth as we had three levels only  but now we are refining and will release a new version where keeping depth to 1 will change instead the level between 1100 and 1900 Elo with one of spare queen. This will give more continuity to the selection between 9 different level.

Dirk as already made this modification will try to release asap this here.
